Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the sensitivity of some products, there is a no return policy for these products. Customers who have completed a purchase and has the receipt of the purchase, has received the item(s) or the item(s) were successfully shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase, and uses the product and still does not find satisfaction with the item(s) purchased, may be eligible for store credit. Store credit is a dollar amount to be used on future purchases with our store. 

 

Customers must initiate a return or exchange within 14 days from purchase date with purchase receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, please use the contact us form and include any pertinent information for our customer support team to expedite your request. 

Final Sale

Products listed as “final sale” (i.e., non-returnable, non-exchangeable) are not applicable for return or exchange. 

Condition of return items

The items must be returned in its original packaging, and/or the original condition you received it. In some cases these options may not be possible and our customer service team will address that on a case by case basis. 

Store Credit

At this time, we provide store credit only.  Products may be returned for store credit.
